Day 24 ~ This IS Your Hope!

“For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.” Colossians 2:9-10

If you are a Christ-follower, this is your hope: You are complete in Christ.

But I’m not good enough.

Because of Christ, you are good enough.

But I’m a failure.

Because of Christ, you are more than a conqueror.

But I can’t…

Because of Christ, you can.

But everyone always leaves me.

Because of Christ, you will never be alone.

If we would truly “get” this one concept—that we are complete in Christ—our lives would change forever! I have to admit: There are times—short glimpses—when I think I can wrap my mind around this awesome truth.

But then there are the days, you know THOSE days, when I just can’t seem to do anything right. And the negative thoughts plague my mind and heart and soul.

Ever have one of those days? Maybe today is one of those days…

Say it with me… I am complete in Christ.

Because of Christ, I am not a failure. I am a child of the King.

Because of Christ, I am enough!
